Kodachi with saya

Dear Budo friends,
here is first kodachi  with saya, but not ordinary saya, this saya have KAERITSUNO (small hook). 
 Due to constant improvement, here's another novelty from my little workshop.
If you look at the professional  literature about Nihonto you will find out that Kaeritsuno most commonly appear on Kodachi and Tanto koshirae.

Here's another bokuto in Koryu style, but with larger sori, 2 cm
 
Made in the acacia tree, because it looks nice, but like other  porous trees is not appropriate for hard contact bokuto

Shinto Katori Ryu Naginata

Dear Budo  friends,
here is finally  pictures of wooden Shinto Katori Ryu practice naginata.
I was make for "Koryu Bokken" two size of SKR naginata, this is shorter one, made from one piece beech wood.

Wooden Jutte Koryu style

Here is some pictures of my new wooden jutte in Koryu style,

length is 45 cm, made from hornbeam, Kagi is secured with steel bolt, 
so that could be used even against a real sword

Jigen Ryu bokken

Here is few versions of Jigen ryu bokken, made by original specifications and with my precision,

below is oak bokken by original dimensions, sory (blade curvature) of this bokke is about 5 mm, I make him for my collection because europe oak is not best wood for bokken



below is version with little bigger sory (only on blade part), about 10 mm





and below is one Jigen bokken without sory, made of heavy European oak,

Yagyu Shinkage bokken

This is my Yagyu Shinkage bokken,

I make him by original dimensions, from hornbeam wood, and  as you can see I tried to bring the final processing closest to perfection, as every time

Araki Ryu bokken

Dear Koryu practicioners,

upper bokken is made of beech wood, and the lower bokken is made ​​of  oak.
Araki bokken is made according to original drawings and photographs provided by Mr. Amdur Eliss,

Kashima ryu bokken

Kashima Ryu bokken from my workshop was made according to original specifications, the only thing I added was better finish and quality.
Bokken in the picture is made ​​of European oak, Tsuba is laminated from three layers to prevent the breaking, in this case does not exist tsuba dome because tsuba closely fits.
